Took awhile for me to figure it out, thought there was going to be a tutorial at the beginning. Also whenever you finished doing a quest etc. fixing the cavities it doesnt tell you if you do a good job or not you can just go onto the next level. I think we should get points or something whenever we finish a patient properly
